Evelyn Lights Up The Studio!
We are delighted to be able to share this collection of images of Evelyn from a recent shoot at Ian Robinson Photography.
We received a phone call on Saturday morning. “Ian, would you be able to fit in a portrait session for me this morning?.. My granddaughter is with me for the day and I would love to have some portraits taken of her. She’s asleep at the moment, so when she wakes, I’m sure she will be in a lovely mood. I would love some large images of her for my lounge wall.”
As it happened, I did have an availability. I was due to travel to Wales for a few days, at lunchtime. So I put back my departure time and booked Evelyn in, there and then!
When she arrived, I engage with her immediately, she wouldn’t stop smiling! She was absolutely full of mischief. We introduced a small selection of balloons, along with a fluffy pink feather boa. Evelyn beamed, clearly she was enjoying the moment. Catching balloons, blowing feathers, responding to every prompt and noise from myself and Grandpa, who was fantastic in attaining a reaction from his first Grandchild.
I knew at the time that I had captured some wonderful images… Indeeed, they were special. I love her character, it just shines through, as is clear in the selection of images that we post here. At every prompt she smiled, from myself and her Grandfather who gained some wonderful responses from our cutest of little subjects.
Studio Wall Art.
I love these images and have subsequently decided to create a display for the studio wall. Evelyn’s grandparents have ordered a large composite of 10 images. I’m going reproduce the same for our very own display of smiles. 🙂
